Asian Pork Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup finely crushed cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 pound ground pork

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 425°F.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Use your hands to gently mix until the mixture is uniform.
  • Shape the mixture into 12 golf ball–sized rounds and arrange on a greased, rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve over steamed white rice and garnish with cilantro.
