- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 2 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken ½-inch pieces
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cans refrigerated Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (8 ounce cans)
- ½ cup ranch dressing for serving
- 8 carrot sticks
- 8 celery sticks
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and hot sauce until smooth. Mix in chicken and shredded cheese just until combined.
Unroll both cans of dough and separate the dough into 16 triangles. On an ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange triangles in a ring so short sides of triangles form a 5-inch circle in the center. The dough will overlap. The dough ring should look like a sun.
Spoon the Buffalo chicken mixture on the half of each triangle closest to the center of the ring.
Fold over the triangles.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into slices for serving.
Serve by placing a bowl of ranch dressing in the center of the buffalo chicken ring. Serve with carrot and celery sticks.
