Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken ½-inch pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (8 ounce cans)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing for serving
  • 8 carrot sticks
  • 8 celery sticks

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and hot sauce until smooth. Mix in chicken and shredded cheese just until combined.
  • Unroll both cans of dough and separate the dough into 16 triangles. On an ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange triangles in a ring so short sides of triangles form a 5-inch circle in the center. The dough will overlap. The dough ring should look like a sun.
  • Spoon the Buffalo chicken mixture on the half of each triangle closest to the center of the ring.
  • Fold over the triangles.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into slices for serving.
  • Serve by placing a bowl of ranch dressing in the center of the buffalo chicken ring. Serve with carrot and celery sticks.
