Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
  • Smoke the kielbasa for 2 to 2 ½ hours or until it has reached an internal temperature of 165°F. About 10 minutes before the kielbasa is done, mix the barbecue sauce with 2 tablespoons of water and brush the mixture onto the sausage, allowing the barbecue sauce to caramelize.
  • Remove the sausages from the smoker, slice, and serve.
