- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- 1 4-ounce jar diced pimentos drained
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely grated onion
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 8 ounces extra sharp cheese grated
- 8 ounces sharp cheese grated
- crackers for serving
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients (except for the crackers) and mix thoroughly.
Spoon the mixture into a greased 1 ½–quart baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
