Ingredients

  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 30 ounces canned refried beans or Frito Lay Bean dip
  • 12 ounces guacamole
  • 1 ½ cups finely shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup sliced green onion
  • 1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl combine taco seasoning mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir well, until the seasoning blend has been combined.
  • Spread the refried beans on the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
  • Spread the taco seasoning mixture over the beans,
  • Spread guacamole dip on top.
  • Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the guacamole, then black olives, sliced onoins, and tomatoes.
  • Serve with corn chips.
