Beer Biscuits

You can make the best biscuits with beer and Bisquick.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick complete biscuit mix
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 12 ounces beer room temperature

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
  • Mix all the ingredients together, until just moistened.
  • Drop large mounds (about ¼ cup or 2 ounces each) of the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Bisquick complete buttermilk biscuit mix comes in 7.5 ounce packages (2 cups per package). You will need to purchase 2 packages.
