Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 32 ounces refried beans
  • 1 4.5-ounce can chopped green chiles
  • 1 1.25-ounce package taco seasoning
  • 4 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese divided use
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Microwave the cream cheese and sour cream in a large microwaveable bowl on high for 1 minute or until the cream cheese is softened. Remove from the microwave and whisk until smooth.
  • Add the refried beans, green chiles, taco seasoning, and 2 cups of the cheese. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining 2 cups of cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Top with green onions and cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
